Lightroom CC 2015.13 and Lightroom 6.13 have been released today. This release is focused on new camera/lens support for Lightroom perpetual license owners, and for CC subscribers who don’t want to upgrade to Lightroom Classic 7.0 quite yet. How do I update?
Because Lightroom Classic is already available, the upgrade instructions are a little different to usual, to ensure you get the right version. To avoid possible confusion, let’s take a quick look at how to install the right one…
- Open the CC app from the system tray (Windows) / menubar (Mac).
- Click the … icon in the top right corner and select Check for App Updates to give it a nudge, as sometimes the updates take a while to show up.
- Next to Lightroom Classic CC, click the arrow to show previous versions (this is the essential step).
- Next to Lightroom CC (2015), click the Update button.
